A voice in the crowd interrupted with a laughing shout.

"That's Wax-Boy!"

"Yea," called out another. "He's a little strange. He hardly ever leaves his room because he's always making weird inventions that no one ever uses!"

"He's so serious," mocked another. "He's really shy. He keeps to himself!"

A few chuckles rose among the assembly, but Sheldon and Shelly found no reason to join in any teasing. It already obvious that this "Wax-Boy" fellow and his "weird inventions" would be key to finding a solution to this new cat crisis.

"They said your name is Wax-Boy?" asked Sheldon.

"Yes," he answered a bit sheepishly.

"Well, Wax-Boy," continued Sheldon. "I'm Sheldon. This is Shelly. So you're an inventor. Got anything else you might want to show us?"
